Which form do I need? New York buyers complete Form ST-120 (Resale Certificate). Buyers in other states provide their own state's resale or exemption certificate — we accept certificates from every state. If you buy for resale in New Jersey and take delivery there, that is Form ST-3NR. Not sure? Send what you have and we will tell you.
