Screw jar sizes look like code — 23x35, 27x90 — but they're simple: the first number is the diameter in millimeters, the second is the height. A 23x35 jar is 23mm wide and 35mm tall. Bigger second number = taller jar, same lid.
23-series (23mm diameter) is the slim standard — we stock 14 heights from 23x20 up to 23x110. 27-series (27mm) is the wider format — 8 heights from 27x30 to 27x98. One lid size fits everything within its family, which is why shops standardize on one series.
