King Wholesale Supply is operated by Stocklane Supply Inc, Whitestone, New York 11357. This policy explains what we collect when you use kingwholesalesupply.com, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: contact@kingwholesalesupply.com or (747) 217-3487.
We only collect what you hand us. That means the contact and business details you enter when you request wholesale pricing, submit a wholesale account application, or place an order — business name, contact name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, resale certificate or seller’s permit number, and EIN where applicable.
We use it to quote you, fulfil and ship orders, keep tax-exempt sale records as required by law, and answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell it and we do not rent it.
We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Card data is transmitted directly to them over an encrypted connection and is not stored on our servers. Wire and ACH details are handled through our bank.
This site uses browser storage for a small number of specific purposes:
kingCart so it survives a page refresh. It stays on your device.kingAge21 for 30 days so you are not asked on every page. If localStorage is unavailable we fall back to an equivalent cookie.You can clear any of this at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it will empty your cart and re-trigger the age prompt.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-S1FEN4E1CF) on the pages of this site to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages get read, which products get viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what device they are on.
Google Analytics sets cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<id>) containing a randomly generated identifier. This is analytics data, not identity data: we do not send Google your name, email, phone number, business name, or address, and we do not use Analytics to build advertising audiences or run remarketing.
Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy. You can opt out entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using a browser that blocks analytics scripts by default.
Only the parties needed to complete what you asked for: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and our accountant or tax authorities where the law requires it (for example, retaining resale certificate records). Nobody else.
Order and tax records are retained as long as required by state and federal tax law — generally at least four years. Quote requests and account applications that never become orders are kept while the enquiry is active and then removed. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s default schedule.
Email contact@kingwholesalesupply.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action it unless we are legally required to keep a tax record. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honour those requests the same way.
The site is served over HTTPS. Card handling is delegated to a PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site.
