These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of kingwholesalesupply.com and any purchase you make from King Wholesale Supply ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
This website and the products sold on it are intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that your purchase, possession, and use of our products is lawful where you live. We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order.
All packaging products — bags, jars, vials, tubes, trays, and containers — are sold empty and are intended exclusively for the lawful storage of food, herbs, and dry goods. We do not sell, distribute, or condone the use of any product for an unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use and resale of our products complies with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you.
We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, dimensions, colors, or images are error-free or complete. Product photography is representative; actual color and finish may vary by production run. Measurements are approximate.
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we reasonably believe are intended for unlawful use, orders that appear fraudulent, and orders exceeding available inventory.
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Retail prices are listed on this site; wholesale pricing is quoted separately and may require verification of your business.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless separate wholesale terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or hold the order.
Applicable sales tax is added where required by law. Wholesale buyers claiming tax exemption must provide a valid state resale or exemption certificate before tax-exempt pricing is applied. You are responsible for the accuracy of any certificate you submit.
Shipping terms, processing times, carriers, and charges are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you supply artwork for custom-printed products, you represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use that artwork and that it does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supply. We reserve the right to decline any artwork at our discretion. Custom-printed goods are made to order and are final sale.
You agree not to use this site to violate any law, infringe any right, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Promotional store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Limit one promotion per order unless stated otherwise.
All site content, branding, text, and product photography are the property of King Wholesale Supply or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify products we resell.
Products are provided "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any unlawful use of our products by any person.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use, misuse, or resale of our products, artwork you supply, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Information you provide is handled as described in our privacy notice. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
